Ms. Nitz spent the first half of her career in commercial lending providing capital for companies like Restoration Hardware who grew from a 10 store home furnishing chain to a 70 store public company. She was also able to create financial structures for manufacturing and distribution companies to weather difficult markets and emerge successful and profitable.

In 1999 Ms. Nitz began a consulting practice after fielding several requests from colleagues and friends, and is now fully engaged in providing Chief Financial Officer capabilities to Orange County companies on an outsourced basis.

In addition to consulting with clients directly, Ms. Nitz trains both financial and non financial professionals how to use finance and accounting to enhance their lives both personally and professionally. Ms. Nitz resides in Orange County with her husband of 13 years and two children. When she’s not working Ms. Nitz enjoys coaching soccer, gardening and just about any outdoor activity.
