1. To be honest and have integrity in doing business with members of OCEN and with the referrals you are given.
2. To be gracious and giving to everyone at OCEN meetings and One-on-One meetings.
3. To respond in a timely manner to all referrals.
4. To attend monthly breakfast meetings.
5. To invite 2 guests per month to breakfast meeting.
6. To talk with your team partner 2 times per week.
7. To be on the coaching call twice a month.
8. To make every effort to get to know each team member’s business.
9. To connect with one team member each week that is not your partner.
10. To be a resource to OCEN members and make quality introductions and referrals whenever possible.
11. To track and report introductions, referrals, sales and one-on-one meetings.
