From the East to the West
Frank Newnam has over 20 years of sales experience and 15 years of management experience in the marketing services business. He grew up on the east coast and graduated from Thiel College in Pennsylvania with a BA in English. After spending a few years teaching and coaching high school, he moved into the business sector in sales.

Starting with a sales position with Kerr Glass in Philadelphia, he moved to a sales management position with Kerr in Milwaukee. Then he moved on to a position as sales and marketing director with Maritz Performance Improvement Company.

Transferring with Maritz to Los Angeles, Frank worked with a major import automotive company, developing marketing and incentive programs. He then moved to Carlson Marketing Group and succeeded with a new start-up import automotive company as their marketing partner. Frank was promoted to Regional Sales Manager overseeing revenues of $100 million and managing over 50 people.

Frank is now EVP of Sales for California Research Tabulations in Brea, developing new marketing programs and new clients and is very excited about being the Director of Marketing for the Orange County Executive Network.

Frank is a strong enthusiastic leader and decision maker who delivers results. He is a dynamic and personable team builder, motivator and excellent communicator, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing business situations and to quickly determine the best course of action.

Frank has had numerous successes throughout his professional career. He enjoys mentoring people and helping them grow and to lead them past their often, self-imposed limits.  He was honored with Maritz Masters status for sales excellence three times and received their Man of the Year award.  At Carlson, he was honored 5 consecutive years with Eagle and Ovation awards for sales and leadership excellence.
