TCP, Barth was Chief Economist for International Affairs at
the US Department of the Treasury, where he served as the
principal economic advisor on international issues and
oversaw an economic and financial risk-assessment program
across government agencies.
Raj Date, Chairman and Executive Director of the Cambridge
Winter Center for Financial Institutions Policy. Previously, Raj Date was a
Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group at
Deutsche Bank, where he led the firm's investment banking
coverage for the largest US-based banks and thrifts.
Dr. L. Wayne Gertmenian, Professor of Economics at
Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and
Management. He received his Doctorate in
Economics, Baccalaureate in International Diplomacy, and
legal training from the University of Southern California;
his MBA is from the University of Idaho. He served in the
Nixon and Ford administrations as a Chief Détente Negotiator
in Moscow for the Chairman of the National Security Council.
Sanjiv S. Sanghvi, President and CEO of the Wells Fargo HSBC
Trade Bank, an equity joint venture between Wells Fargo and
the HSBC Group.
Named one of "The Major Trade Banks" by World Trade
magazine, The Trade Bank is the only nationally chartered
bank dedicated exclusively to companies engaged in
international commerce. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr.
Sanghvi was with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
