Beginning in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1978, Tony developed a passion for assisting homeowners that were having financial difficulties. During that time, the steel industry was downsizing and many of Tony’s clients and neighbors were experiencing job losses and the other problems that occur with the loss of income.

Tony moved from Pittsburgh to San Antonio, TX and later to Corpus Christi assuming more responsibility and working with greater numbers of families. During his 10 years with ITT Financial Services he eventually became responsible for the operations of 30 consumer finance company branches serving over 90,000 California families.

During the 1990’s Tony founded and grew 2 small mortgage companies to statewide expansion before being recruited to become a Sales Manager for Home Loan Funding and later as Director of Sales for Homefield Financial. Both companies had outreach nationally and eventually Tony became responsible for Residential Lending Volume in excess of over $2 Billion annually.

In 2007, another opportunity arose. Tony decided to offer services to what he considered to be an underserved market and opened the California Mortgage Advisory Corp. (CMAC) to provide all of the traditional mortgage loan products, but also to specialize in Reverse Mortgage Loans to help Senior Citizens improve the quality of their life. Recently the company has also expanded to offer Commercial Loans and Loans for Multi Family Properties.

Tony proudly talks about this concept which is the Core Value of the company. It guides every decision made at CMAC. Clients will always find the Mortgage Advisors at CMAC interested in learning about goals related to their mortgage loan, their home, retirement planning and other life goals. Credit Histories will be reviewed to analyze borrowing habits to insure that Clients do not make repeated mistakes of chronic refinancing or credit usage.

Greatest Challenge
Due to the nature of how many of our competitors do business, many potential clients are skeptical when they first speak with us. They are often reluctant to embrace the concept of sharing information about their goals and desires due to past bad experiences with other Mortgage Companies. Tony is proud that all of the Advisors at CMAC focus on earning the trust of our clients so that we can insure that we can help them with the “Right Loan at the Right time of their life.”

Greatest Success
Tony has had great success during his career including being awarded numerous foreign trips for outstanding performance, but is most proud of the many loyal clients that continue to rely on his expertise regarding Real Estate & Mortgage Matters. In addition Tony has enjoyed the good fortune of being able to mentor and inspire others to great success.

Devotion to Family and the Community
Tony and his wife Andrea have lived in North Tustin for the last 4 years and Riverside for 15 years prior. Adele, Tony’s 17 year old daughter, is a Junior in High School. Tony is an active member in the Tustin Chamber of Commerce, The Orange County Executive Network, Toastmasters International and has been a member of the Magnolia Center Exchange Club and the activities director for the Riverside Elks Lodge. Tony and his family vacation regularly in Morro Bay, CA and Honolulu, HI. In his free time, Tony enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, weekends in San Diego, playing with his dogs and of course Steeler football!
