Paul Natale President Castle Pacific Industries |
| Throughout his entire business career, Paul
Natale has been known for his honesty and integrity. He uses his leadership
position and strong work ethic at the Irvine company he owns, Castle Pacific
Industries, Inc., to inspire his staff of gifted professionals to deliver the
finest quality printing, packaging, point-of-purchase materials and creative
graphic design services to his clients.
Although a sun loving California guy at heart, Paul was actually born and spent most of his childhood in Chicago. After moving to the Los Angeles area at the age of 10, Paul attended high school in West Covina and college at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, taking with him at graduation the Business School's Industrial Relations Award. Before he owned his own company, Paul gained considerable experience in various positions in the consumer goods industry. He worked for Max Factor & Company and traveled extensively while rising through the ranks in sales, sales management, administration and executive management, living in San Diego, San Francisco, and New York/New Jersey. Paul ended up at the Hollywood headquarters where he became Max Factor's Vice President of Sales at the age of 30. Paul worked for Max Factor during a period of huge growth for the firm. He was being groomed for further promotions and a corporate move back to New York. Before this happened, he was approached with an idea to start a new type of marketing company. Paul realized that emerging technologies would play an important role in the growth of marketing and graphics. This would be a bold move, but one that would allow him the opportunity to mold and develop his own company in Southern California. Paul's diverse background in consumer goods was a perfect fit for the evolution occurring in marketing and graphic communications. Castle Pacific Industries started out by providing general printing products for their customers who then, as now, were leaders in their business categories. Today, Castle Pacific has grown to become a full service business printing, custom packaging and retail point-of-purchase display resource. A creative and contemporary graphic design department produces high profile projects for their nationally known clients. Paul believes in quality, consistency and superior service. He tirelessly devotes himself and the company to develop new ways of helping his clients get their message across to their customers. Paul has been married for over 20 years to his wife, Mary. They have one son, Paul Jr. Father and son are avid boaters and deep sea fishing enthusiasts. Paul and Mary are community leaders, having generously given of their time and talents in support of many worthy causes including Children's Hospital and the Orange County Performing Arts Center. With Castle Pacific being the go-to source for printing, packaging and graphic design services, the company continues to grow. Paul feels strongly that, “no matter what happens in the greater economy, we have only one way of doing business, and that is to work ever harder, deliver ever better quality, give even more and to always do this with great enthusiasm”. Paul loves his work, and contends that living and working in beautiful Southern California makes every day exciting, challenging and rewarding. |
